A diverse hospitality concept that goes beyond just an overnight stay, and instead offers guests an immersive experience in the town, while also offering locals a new way to experience their historic center.

Panoramic balconies, hidden squares, alleys that wind like branches starting from the main street, artistic and historical treasures that reveal themselves on tiptoe.
Sant’Elpidio a Mare is this but also voices of elderly people saying good morning without knowing you, clothes hanging out to dry in the sun, and the sound of church bells ringing.
Its strategic position allows you to easily reach the sea or the mountains, from the nearest beaches of Porto Sant’Elpidio to those of the Conero Riviera, from the most renowned cities such as Fermo, Ascoli Piceno, Recanati, Loreto, up to the beauty of the Sibillini Mountains National Park.
Who we are
Above all, we are people from Sant’Elpidio a Mare, who love Sant’Elpidio a Mare and who continue to choose our historic city to be our home. Why? Because it is a place of our past, where we grew up chasing a ball through its alleys, the place of the present, because it is where we chose to put down the roots of our home, and the place of the future because in this center we see a new horizon.
We have connected three accommodation facilities: Residenza Corso Baccio, the newly created Casa Cunicchio, and Piccola Dimora Gherardini.
These three unique structures are located in 3 strategic points of the historic center with the aim of offering not a simple overnight stay, but also the experience of living like a local of the historic center.
